Wash the apples, clean them and cut into small pieces, put them in a saucepan together with the water and half a lemon juice, making them bake for 30 minutes without dropping it. Put everything in a sieve without crushing the apples and pick up the juice. Weigh the juice, considering that for 1 kg of juice must be 430 grams of sugar. Mix sugar and juice by heating and boiling for about 20 minutes. Check the consistency with a saucer. Get the buns, put some raisins and join the jelly. Cool. Turn the bowl over a serving dish, add some nuts and slices of spicy Gorgonzola.
