Tiramisù with chestnuts is a dessert that matches very well with our Recioto di Soave. Following we publish the recipe.
- 2 sponge cake of 24 cm;
- 500 grams of chestnuts already boiled;
- 300 grams of mascarpone cheese;
- 160 grams of sugar;
- some coffee already sugared;
- 1 small glass of rum ;
- 15 marron glacè;
- 150 grams of dark chocolate;
- some cocoa.
Make coffee and put sugar in it then grind chestnuts;
Put the mashed chestnuts in a bowl, add the sugar and the brandy or rum, stir well with a wooden spoon, add the mascarpone and mix well;
Chop chestnuts and grate dark chocolate;
Divide each sponge cake into 2 parts; put one hand into a bowl, spread with 1/4 of chestnut cream, sprinkle with 1/3 of cho, then 1/3 of dark chocolate;
do another layer of sponge cake, half of chestnut cream, the remaining chestnut cream and chocolate;
Finally put the last base of sponge cake, coated chestnut cream, sprinkle with cocoa;
Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for 2 hours.
