- Extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp
- Cooking cream 2 glasses
- Baked ham 150 in a single slice
- Speck 150 g in a single slice
- Recioto di Soave 1 glass
- Tagliolini 400 g
Boil the tagliolini in boiling water. Cut the speck and the ham into thin strips and brown them in a little oil, so that they are slightly colored; then wet with the wine and let it evaporate on a low flame.
Then add the cooking cream, lowering the heat and continuing to cook, stir frequently for about 10 minutes and adjust the sales and pepper. Drain the tagliolini al dente and sauté them with the sauce, complete with a sprinkling of Parmesan and parsley.
