Squid with peas is a light dish and suitable for people who prefer low fat and digestible dishes but at the same time tasty and appetizing. We recommend pairing this dish with Grisela Soave Classico.
1 kg squid
500 gr peas
1 glass of white wine
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
Clean the squid and cut into strips.
Chop the onion and fry in a large pan. Add the squid and mix quickly. Simmer with white wine until reduced and let it evaporate completely.
Once the squid is well browned, add peas, salt and pepper and prolong the cooking over low heat for 10 minutes in a covered pan.
Finally add some water and finish cooking.
