Fruits’ Soft Tart

A fresh cake and particularly suitable for the summer season, ideal to be served as a dessert at the end of meals paired with a glass of Recioto di Soave Docg Tre Colli.


• 150 g flour 00

• 150 g of flour Manitoba

• 180 g of sugar

• 100 g of vegetable oil

• 150 g of water

• 80 ml of milk

• grated rind of one lemon

• lemon juice

• a teaspoon of baking powder

• peach and lemon juice


• 250 g strawberries

• 4 kiwi

• custard


1. Prepare the ingredients, sifting flour and yeast. Mix all the ingredients for the base with a whisk.

2. Pour the mixture into a mold for tart with 32cm of diameter, buttered and floured previously. Bake at 180 ° for 30 min in a static oven. When the cake is ready, pull out and let it cool.

3. Prepare the custard and cool it . Meanwhile soak the soft base of the cake with peach juice and lemon. Fill the base of the tart with custard and cover it with not too thick slices of kiwi.

4. Complete the decoration with strawberries.
