Brognoligo’s Emblem

The emblem representing us is the Marassini’s family one, a lineage from Vicenza who moved to Verona. The word Marassini comes from “marasso” a common snake in northern Italy.

They were called “Brognoligo” because they had an estate in this ancient town of Alpone valley which at that time included also Costalunga. Here is their villa, on which we find the family’s emblem.
