Garganega single variety ‘col fondo’, as our grandparents did once, before sparkling modern techniques.
A simple wine, easy to drink, the wine was bottled by hand and kept in the cellar; it has not been filtered, so it presents at the bottom of the bottle a slight deposit made from natural yeasts produced by fermentation.
Before service cool the bottle, uncork it slowly and decant the wine to oxygenate and to separate the deposit.
The slightly note of bread crust is given by yeasts, while the bitter one it is the typical almond of Garganega grape.
